In the last few weeks we have run into dangerous situations involving furnaces and our customers’ safety.  If the heat exchanger is cracked, it leaks Carbon Monoxide.  Now your furnace could function normally when this is happening.  If we do not maintain your furnaces, we will not be able to inspect the heat exchanger for cracks/leaks.

Also, Carbon Monoxide detectors should be changed every year!

We are running an End-of-the-Winter Furnace Maintenance special, for $85, we will come out and perform a 16-Point Tune-Up, including: cleaning up your blower motor, lubricating where needed, and checking the heat exchanger for cracks ensuring your safety.
